I agree to assume all risk of such injury or loss of or damage to the property and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless JBGS/OP Management Services LLC, 1700 K Street Associates, LLC, and any officers, Directors, shareholders, partners, employees, claim or suit whatsoever for any and all injury, loss, illness, harm, cost, expense, claim, suit, or damage resulting from or related to my use of the Bicycle Room or the equipment and facilities located therein, except to the extent such an injury, loss, illness, harm, cost, expense, claim, suit, or damage is caused by the intentional act or omission of such parties.

 

JBGS/OP Management Services LLC, 1700 K Street Associates, LLC may prohibit use and/or revoke individual membership privileges if the Bike Room facility is being misused.

 

JBGS/OP Management Services LLC, 1700 K Street Associates, LLC and its managing agent take no responsibility for personal possessions left in the Bicycle Room. Locks on are permissible; however, all articles and locks should be removed at the end of each business day. JBGS/OP Management Services LLC, 1700 K Street Associates, LLC and its managing agent, reserve the right to remove any locks when left overnight or for extended periods of time.

 

I acknowledge that I have read the terms outlined in this Waiver of Liability governing the use and operation of the Bicycle Room. I agree that I will fully comply with these terms as they are amended from time to time.

 

I acknowledge that I have received and read a copy of the Bike Room Rules governing the use and hours of operation of the Bike Room and the equipment and facilities located therein.  I agree that I will fully comply with these Rules as they are amended from time to time.
